Dreamer to Pilot sells:

  • Print-on-demand physical books

  • Digital books (PDF and similar formats)

  • Other aviation-related educational materials (future)

We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue products at any time.

4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate.
However, occasional errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.

5. ORDERING & FULFILMENT

Print-on-Demand Books

Our physical books are produced on demand by third-party printing partners.
Typical fulfilment time is 3–7 business days, followed by shipping.

During high-volume periods, fulfilment times may be longer.

Digital Products

Digital items are delivered instantly or via email after purchase.

6. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.
Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.

7. PRICES & PAYMENTS

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.

We accept payments through:

  • Shopify Payments

  • (Optional future) Klarna

  • (Optional future) Stripe

All transactions are securely processed.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

8. REFUND POLICY

Physical Books (Print-on-Demand)

We offer 30-day refunds for physical items that are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect orders

  • Or if the customer is genuinely dissatisfied (case-by-case)

Because items are produced on demand, returns may require photo verification and must be approved by support.

Digital Products

All digital products (including PDFs, ebooks, and downloads) are non-refundable.
This is standard due to the nature of digital access.

Refunds do not apply if you simply changed your mind after downloading the file.

9. ACCOUNTS

You may create an account to track orders or save information.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

We may terminate accounts that violate our policies.

10. OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party tools such as:

  • Shopify

  • Print-on-Demand partners

  • Klaviyo

  • Meta, TikTok, and Google analytics tools

These services have their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
We are not responsible for their actions.

11. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

  • Break any laws

  • Harass or abuse others

  • Interfere with website security

  • Use our content without permission

  • Upload harmful code or malware

Violation may lead to termination without notice.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including text, images, branding, designs, and digital products — is the intellectual property of Dreamer to Pilot or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any content without permission.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our products are provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
We do not warrant that results obtained from the use of our products will be accurate, reliable, or error-free.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreamer to Pilot shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party fulfilment services
