REFUND POLICY — DREAMER TO PILOT

Thank you for shopping with Dreamer to Pilot, operated by Solibakke Ecom (ENK).
We want you to feel confident when purchasing our aviation books and digital products.
This policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements work.
1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (PRINT-ON-DEMAND BOOKS)
Our physical books are printed on demand and shipped directly from our fulfilment partners.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
✔ Eligible reasons for a refund or replacement:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item arrived defective
- The wrong product was sent
- Printing errors (misaligned pages, missing sections, severe color issues)
- Lost packages
- Customer dissatisfaction (evaluated case-by-case)
✔ What we need from you:
To process your request, please send:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence (for damaged/defective items)

❌ Returns of physical items are not required
Because items are printed on demand, returns are usually unnecessary.
We will inform you if an exception applies.
❌ Non-refundable reasons:
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Minor printing variations common to POD production
- Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs
- Customer mistakes during ordering (wrong address, etc.)
(We can try to assist but cannot guarantee refunds.)
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (PDF, EBOOKS, DOWNLOADS)
All digital products are non-refundable.
Once a file is delivered or accessed, the sale is final.
This is standard across digital publishing, as digital content cannot be returned.
3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund is approved, it generally takes:
- 3–7 business days to process the refund
- Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

4. REPLACEMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a free replacement.
Shipping costs for replacements are covered by us.
5. CANCELLATIONS
Because physical books are printed on demand, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Digital product orders cannot be canceled once delivered.
6. WRONG ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the parcel:
- A reshipment fee may apply
- Refunds are not guaranteed but evaluated case-by-case
