SHIPPING POLICY — DREAMER TO PILOT

Thank you for choosing Dreamer to Pilot, operated by Solibakke Ecom (ENK).
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, produced, and delivered worldwide.


1. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILMENT

Print-on-Demand Books

All physical books are produced individually by our Print-on-Demand (POD) partners.

Fulfilment time:

3–7 business days
(This is the time needed to print, bind, and prepare your order.)

During busy seasons or peak demand, fulfilment may take slightly longer.


2. SHIPPING TIMES

After fulfilment, your order is shipped from the production facility closest to your region (whenever possible).

Typical delivery times:

  • Norway & Europe: 5–12 business days

  • North America: 5–15 business days

  • Australia & Asia: 7–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: varies based on carrier availability

These are estimates and not guarantees.
Customs, weather, and carrier delays may affect transit times.


3. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.
Some countries may have limitations due to carrier restrictions or printing partners.
If we cannot ship to your destination, we will notify you immediately.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Weight of the order
  • Printing facility used
  • Local carrier rates

We do not control shipping prices — they are determined by POD partners and carriers.


5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products (PDFs, ebooks, downloads) are delivered instantly via email or download link.
No shipping fees apply.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number (when available)

Tracking availability varies by carrier and region.


7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs fees
  • Import duties
  • VAT/GST
  • Handling fees charged by local authorities

These fees are not included in the order price and must be paid by the recipient.

Dreamer to Pilot is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


8. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost, severely delayed, or arrives damaged:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (for damage)

We will work with our POD provider to replace or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We guarantee free replacements for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective printing
  • Incorrect orders

9. WRONG ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an order fails to deliver due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package:

  • Reshipment fees may apply
  • Refunds are not guaranteed (POD items cannot be restocked)

Contact us immediately if you entered an incorrect address.


10. CANCELLATIONS

Because POD books begin production quickly, orders cannot be cancelled once fulfilment has started.

Digital product orders cannot be cancelled after delivery.
